Christmas!!

This year was Cooper's 2nd Christmas. What a difference a year makes! He had so much fun tearing the wrapping paper and then playing with it. He even thought that boxes were for chewing on. Cooper got some new clothes and fun toys from family and friends. Our Christmas celebrating started on Christmas Eve Eve with a great service at church. One of our pastors told the Christmas story from a shepherd's point of view and it was such a good reminder of what Christmas is truly about. He even invited the children in service to go up near the stage for the story telling. I can't wait until Cooper is old enough to join in that. This year he had fun playing (and injuring himself- you'll see the mark on the bridge of his nose in the pictures) in the church nursery during the service. Then on Christmas Eve we had a nice quiet evening with my (Tracy) family. Cooper got to open his gift and stocking from Nana and Papa that night. Christmas morning we celebrated with opening some presents and having a yummy breakfast. Then we headed to Salem to have dinner with Jeff's family. Cooper had fun playing with his cousin, Sadie. I'll let the pictures do the rest of the story telling.

Decorating the tree (we did this the 1st weekend in December but it is part of Christmas)
