2 Months Old

Cooper is 2 months old now. We had his 2 month check up last week and he is doing well. He got his first round of shots (sniff, I think he handled it better than I did). He is now 23.5 inches long and is almost 11 pounds. Here are some pictures that I took the other day. I think he looks like quite the little man in his polo shirt outfit. Some are repeats with different edits done to them.

Yeah!! This evening Cooper took his first nap in his crib. Woohoo!! What a big boy. He has been sleeping in the pack n' play in our room. We thought we would start to transition him to his own room by starting with naps in the crib. Tonight was our first try and he made it over 40 minutes. :)

More 1 Month Pictures and Our Lil' Pumpkin

The other day we headed to the pumpkin patch. We were able to get some cute pictures. Cooper was all snuggly in his little pumpkin outfit so he was a bit sleepy. Here are a few pictures from that day plus more 1 month pictures.

1 (+) Month Old

Cooper is a month (and a half now) old. I can't believe how fast the time is going. He is such a good baby. We are able to get some good chunks of sleep at night. The other night he surprised us with a nice 5 hour stretch (it was so nice to get that much sleep at one time). He is starting to stay awake more during the day and is so much fun to watch and play with. He gives us lots of smiles and is so alert. I just love how smiley he has gotten. Jeff is now back at work. It was so great that he got to be home for the first 4 weeks. Cooper and I have been staying busy with play group on Tuesdays and visiting with friends. We have even gone to see Jeff and his co-workers for lunch. I got the chance to take some pictures the other day when he was 1 month but have not finished editing them all but I have a preview. (I had fun creating a collage in photoshop with a few of my favorites). I will post more photos later once I have had more time to go through them.
