Our little peewee is 1 month old. It was a little strange when her due date came around and she was already a month and a half-ish instead of about to be born. She is such a tiny little girl and oh so snuggly. She loves to be swaddled which is the only way she will go to sleep. With out the swaddle her busy little arms keep going and she keeps herself awake. But all nice and swaddled she has given us some good chunks of sleep at night. Yay! Also since being home from the hospital Annabelle has continued to nurse great which has been a huge relief. We are settling into being a family of 4. Cooper sure loves his baby sister and is doing wonderfully in his new role of big brother. Jeff had a good chunk of time off for his paternity leave that got us part way through March which was wonderful. We took a couple of family outings to the aquarium and OMSI. OMSI had the Myth Busters exhibit at the time which was really fun to see. We had lots of fun checking out all the cool experiments. At the aquarium it was fun to see the fish and pet the sting rays. Cooper even gave it a try. Jeff also did the Shamrock Run in March. He did the 15k and did really well. Also in March we celebrated Easter. Annabelle got to see family for the first time at some of the Easter dinners we went to. It was a great time of seeing family and reflecting on our blessing as we remembered the great gift of grace through Christ's death and resurrection.
